Vapor flows at nanosecond laser ablation |
講演要旨: |
Numerical results obtained with the thermal model of laser ablation are reviewed. Application of the Boltzmann and Euler equations for arising gas flows is discussed along with gas-dynamic boundary conditions of evaporation/condensation. Qualitative features of laser plasma flows are considered and approaches for their quantitative description are formulated. |
